Wednesday Night Study:

On Wednesdays nights, Pastor Wes is teaching a Bible Study entitled: “Meeting Scripture Again…for the first time.”  This class offers a very unique opportunity: the chance to read the entire New Testament and have a Pastor tell you all the things seminaries teach but that most pastors never tell their churches.

Faith and Film

A class that taught about the language of film and looked at various movies and their religious messages.

Various Book Studies

At least once a year the class reads a book together. Selections from the past include Brian McLaren’s “A Generous Orthodoxy,” Philip Gulley’s, “If God is Love: Rediscovering Grace in an Ungracious World,” and Sue Monk Kidd’s “Firstlight.”

Relationship Enrichment Classes (offered once every two years)

This six-week relationship enrichment class is designed to teach healthier ways to interact with our partners and spouses.  It is primarily based upon the work of Dr. John Gottman who is able to predict if a relationship will last with a 91% accuracy rate.  This class explores and practices some of the surprisingly simple techniques that can make your relationship stronger.
